Diagnostics A variety of diagnostic tests will be conducted by certified Apple Technicians to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of results as an Apple Authorized Service Provider. The whole process is divided into Symptom Analysis, Physical Inspection, Service Provider Diagnostics, Hardware Diagnostics and Component Isolation.
Detailed Report A detailed report is discussed with the customer in a face-face discussion, via phone or via email by the actual Specialist who worked on the machine. This report details the test results coupled with health analysis of individual components of the system under consideration.
Estimate and Suggestions We provide several viable options for the customer depending on factors such as performance of the system, availability and affordability of the replacement parts, tradeoff between fixing the old system and getting a new system and the purpose being served by the system.
Repair and Quality Check After successful terms, certified Apple Technicians complete the repair and repeat the Diagnostic Tests. All parts replaced are covered by Apple's 90-Day Warranty and unprecedented service from CompuZone.

We provide onsite support for your troubleshooting computers. Although it is not possible to replace parts onsite for obvious reasons, we can resolve any other issues relating to networking, Internet, Software troubleshooting etc.

We provide complementary service either explicitly or implicitly to most of our customers on a daily basis. If you have issues with your computer, we will be glad to take a look immediately and spend some time.

We work on out-of-warranty machines.We charge $45 for diagnostics. We try our best to keep the repair cost low and that is our first priority. When our customer want to get the computer repaired, the diagnostic fee will be credited towards the total cost of repair.

Since we are apple authorized, we can perform in-warranty repairs. So you donot have to ship your computer to apple and you can get answers and suggestions from our in-house apple specialists

Apart from hardware repairs and support, we also provide technical support for your software. It includes Installations, data imports, exports, configurations, fixing bugs and even provide training on Apple Software.

We can help you with firmware updates, downgrades of incompatible software, drivers etc for PC or a MAC. We can provide solutions to PC users as much as we do for Apple.

We extend our services from hardware to software to even data recovery. We can save your lost data and do it relentlessly. Why spend thousands on recovery??. We charge you not more than $250 for data recovery. We are proud to be able to successfully recover lost data for more than 95% of our customers.

We honor Repair Extension Programs. This program is intended for computers which shipped with faulty logic boards, power supplies, and graphic processors. Some computers may qualify for this program eventhough they are out of warranty.
