Are you authorised to repair Apple Products?

Yes. We are Apple authorized Service Providers.We perform repairs on both In-warranty and out of warranty Macintosh Computers. The repairs we perform does not void your machine warranty.No Appointments, No Lines, No Wait.

Do you have the same prices as apple does?

Yes. We are Apple authoeized Resellers. That means, we sell apple products at exactly the same price you find in the Apple Website

Are you Apple store?

No. We are independent local Apple Specialist store. We are not operated by Apple, but are authorized to sell and service Apple products . We are Service centric where as Apple Store is Sales Centric.

Do I need to take any appointment?

No need of appointments. You can walk-in anytime during our business hours.

Will I get the apple warranty if I buy a Mac from you?

Absolutely, all the Apple Products carry manufacturers warranty (usually 1 Yr) and can even extend that with Apple Care Protection Plan.

Do you work on PC's?

Even though we donot replace any parts in a PC, we do work on Software Troubleshooting, Networking, PC Data Recovery, Virus Scan and almost everything that can be done without physically opening up the computer.

Do you sell other products apart from Apple?

Yes. We sell additional accessories from a wide variety of manufacturers.We donot sell junk. All the products apart from Apple products are hand picked. That means all the additional products we carry are proven for their quality, affordability and popularity

Do you rent computers?

Yes. We rent Macs, desktop pc's, laptops, printers, projectors, sound systems, TV's, Storage devices and other accessories.

Do you perform inhouse repair or you send it somewhere

We perform 100% in-house repair. There are two cases where the repairs will be shipped to a different place. Apple Flat rate Repair(We Ship the computer to Apple) Third party Flat Rate service(For out of warranty machines which qualify for low price flat rate)

Do you accept American Express?

Yes we accept all Major Credit cards including American Express

Do you accept checks?

Yes. We accept checks.

Do you provide 1 to 1 service from Apple?

No. We do not provide the 1 to 1 training from Apple. We help our customers with any doubts they may have. Although we donot have 1 to 1 program, we usually spend time with customers to get around their problems and provide solutions.

Will I get 3 years of warranty from Apple Care?

Yes. Apple Care protection plan extends your warranty for 2 extra years from the date of expiration of your 1 year limited warranty that comes with your computer. Some things that need to be taken care of:

• Apple Care can only be bought before your 1 year limited warrranty expires
• Apple Care provides 3 full years of warranty for your computer, which starts from the day, you purchased the computer. It does'nt start from the day, you purchased the Apple Care.
• Apple Care Protection does not cover physical damage and liquid spills
• Apple Care is not an Insurance. It is a warranty

Can you teach me how to use a mac?

Learning Mac OS is very easy, even for a novice or beginner. We can teach you all the basics of using a Mac when you purchase a new Mac from us. Anyone can call us during our office hours with any doubts not only limited to a Mac. We also have training sessions to get people acquainted with a Mac. More information about training will be soon disclosed.

Do you perform data recovery?

Yes. We can save your data. We follow a variety of procedures for recovering your data. We are committed to provide data recovery under $250 except for a clean room recovery.

We sell used computers ranging from old Powermac G4's to Intel Based Macs. Please contact us if you are looking for one.

Do you provide warranty apart from Apple limited Warranty?

No. All the warranty you get is from Apple. Usually all Apple Replacement parts have 90 day limited warranty. We donot have any warranty programs apart from that, but we may consider providing free service to qualified customers.
